梁耀枢（1832-1888），字冠祺 ，号斗南，广东顺德人。 广东历史上的三大状元之一，清同治十授翰林编修，官至侍读学士、参事府詹事。 梁耀枢不仅文才好，而且长得眉 清目秀，气度非凡，很得两宫太后的关注。 钦孝皇太后曾说： “梁耀枢是一位‘金玉君子’也！ ”这话在朝中一传开，梁耀枢被百姓称为“金玉状元”。
