关于调整个体工商户
基本养老保险缴费比例的通知
各参保单位：
根据《关于个体工商户参加企业职工基本养老保险缴费比例的通知》（皖人社明电(2021)155号）规定，自2022年1月起，对个体工商户（有雇工）的养老保险缴费费率进行调整，单位缴费比例由原12%调整为16%，个人缴费比例仍保持8%不变，合计缴费费率24%。
特此通知。
