此次咖啡工作坊主要是从记忆哲学切入，在四个小时内浓缩进行。该工作坊的总体设计是突出增强技术讨论的理论维度、热点维度、趋势维度以及问题维度等四方维度，最终为应对增强技术带来的社会伦理问题提供“中国智慧”。
