据大连市自然资源局1月17日公告，甘井子区汇文中学扩建项目规划方案建设工程设计方案总平面图公示。
根据公告，该项目位于甘井子区华北路西侧、东纬路以北，用地性质为中小学用地，建设单位是大连市甘井子区教育局，设计单位是弘艺规划建筑设计有限公司。
