1月15日起，上海市域巡游出租车执行新运价。在保持起步费不变的情况下，超起租里程运价、低速等候费调增，新设重大节假日附加费。市交通委正在开展提升服务质量专项工作，重点整治驾驶员拒载、议价等不规范服务行为。
