12月30日，北京冬奥组委举办市场开发物流注册领域筹办最新情况新闻发布会。北京冬奥组委注册中心主任陈杰介绍，三赛区制服和注册中心于12月初正式运行，开始制发身份注册卡。截至12月29日，共完成制证67809张，发放54113张。其中，向365个境外地址邮寄26339张证件。
