12月29日晚间，绿城中国公告称，赎回于2018年发行的5亿美元永久资本证券。
绿城中国已于2021年12月28日将2018证券全额赎回。绿城中国表示，在本次赎回后并无已发行未偿还的2018证券。
根据公司的统一资金安排计划，绿城中国赎回2018证券的资金来源包括发行于2024年到期的本金总额为1.5亿美元5.95%非上市高级票据的款项以及融资协议下的借款款项等。
