证券时报e公司讯，杭氧股份(002430)12月28日晚间公告，公司拟投资设立全资子公司——宜昌杭氧气体有限公司（暂定名，简称“宜昌杭氧”），并由其实施新建一套41500m³/h空分装置为湖北晋控气体有限公司（简称“湖北晋控”）提供其生产所需的工业气体产品。该项目总投资约3.36亿元。公司已与湖北晋控签订了《供气合同》，合同供气期限20年。
