12月26日，怀化市交通运输综合行政执法支队高速公路执法大队执法人员在高速巡检时发现，三台硫酸罐车因打滑停靠在怀化西站口的路边上。执法人员了解情况后，立即对受困车辆展开除冰救援。考虑到司机受困，饮食饮水不方便，并安排执法人员为司机买来盒饭、矿泉水等物资，并就目前所处位置、周边情况以及怀化未来几天天气进行告知，做好平安驾驶。（记者 杨博媛 通讯员 石朝焱 摄）
