因电子政务外网服务器升级需要，12月24日19:00起将暂停外网门户网站、政府网站集约化、公文交换、信息报送、会议管理、资料横传、资料交换、短信平台、值班管理、接待管理、公文查阅、知识库这10个应用的使用，12月24日24:00前恢复启用，请各单位做好相关准备。
