2021年12月12日，刑侦一中队接到被害人报警称，冯某秦以结婚为由，骗取其1.3万余元。接警后，办案民警立即展开调查工作，经过分析研判，于2021年12月19日，将涉嫌诈骗的犯罪嫌疑人冯某秦(女，34岁，山西省洪洞县大槐树镇人）成功抓获。
目前，该案件正在进一步办理中。
