海上钻井公司Vantage Drilling已同意将其子公司Emerald Driller Company（“EDC”）以1.7亿美元的现金出售给ADES。
EDC拥有的自升式钻井平台“Emerald Driller”目前在卡塔尔作业。
EDC还拥有另外两座自升式钻井平台“Sapphire Driller”、“Aquamarine Driller”，预计这些平台将分别于2022年第一季度和第二季度在卡塔尔开始运营。
Vantage Drilling和ADES的子公司同意签订一项支持服务协议，根据该协议，Vantage Drilling的一家子公司将就在卡塔尔运营的三座钻井平台向ADES提供支持服务，为期三年。
