为了更好地推进垃圾分类工作，广州从化区城管部门着力打造200个建设精致化、管理精细化、服务精品化的生活垃圾分类投放点。今年以来，从化区统筹开展垃圾分类投放点升级改造，拆除现有破旧残损的投放点，并协调水务、供电等部门完成投放点水电接驳工作。目前，全区已改造提升176个投放点。
