观点地产网讯：金地集团12月5日公布，一笔ABS获准发行。
观点地产新媒体了解，该ABS为"长城证券-金地集团2021年一期2号资产支持专项计划"，拟于2022年初发行，管理人和主承销商为长城证券股份有限公司。
据悉，金地集团已于2021年7月15日发行上述产品储架系列第一期：长城证券-金地集团2021年一期1号资产支持专项计划，发行规模12.11亿元，期限2年；发行利率3.69%。
