竖管处靠近墙的两个螺栓孔的连接线必须与墙平行，两法兰的对接面应对齐，两法兰的螺栓孔应对齐。衬垫材料、厚度要符合设计、验收规范的要求，垫片表面不得有沟槽、裂痕等缺陷。圆形法兰密封面的密封表面要清洁，没有杂物。法兰螺栓要符合设计规范。在紧固螺栓时，螺栓应该对称交叉。每一个螺母应拧紧2~3次。
