11月26日，外高桥海工承接的招商FPSO项目首批总段（PMM71、PMM72）完工发运。
招商FPSO项目共包括33只总段、91只分段，总吨位达14000吨。截至26日，外高桥海工已按计划完成起浮前11只总段上胎。
