北京商报讯（记者 姚倩）11月11日，华东医药发布公告称，全资子公司中美华东及中美华东控股子公司珲达生物与湖北安琪生物集团有限公司签署《合资协议》，共同投资成立湖北美琪健康科技有限公司，以推进营养健康食品原料和个人护理功能原料等产品研发、生产和销售。
