北京商报讯（记者 马换换）佳力图(603912)11月5日晚间发布公告称，公司控股股东南京楷得投资有限公司（以下简称"楷得投资"）拟减持公司不超过3%的股份。
具体来看，楷得投资拟通过集中竞价交易方式和大宗交易方式合计减持不超过（含）650.7万股股份，即合计减持比例不超过上市公司总股本的3%。
截至公司披露日，楷得投资持有佳力图股票8400万股，约占上市公司总股本的38.72%。
