（全球TMT2021年11月2日讯）Exyte集团（“Exyte”）已完成从Wynnchurch Capital全股收购美国Critical Process Systems（“CPS”）集团。该交易强化了Exyte在半导体、生物制药和生命科学领域的全球服务能力。
CPS业务将成为Exyte业务分支科技&服务（T&S）的一部分，由T&S高级副总裁Michael Löffelmann领导，现有的CPS管理团队仍将继续管理他们的业务。
