沈阳市文安路路口有一个地下过街通道跨越青年大街，通道上部北面和西面的大理石有多处破裂，里面塞了烟盒、酸奶杯等垃圾。台面大理石破损有一定的安全隐患，垃圾乱扔影响卫生环境。
