三言财经 10月13日消息，嘉里物流发布公告称顺丰控股创办人、董事会主席王卫将出任嘉里物流董事会主席及非执行董事。相关委任均自当日起生效。此外，顺丰控股董事、副总经理陈飞，顺丰控股副总经理暨财务负责人何捷也进入嘉里物流董事会任非执行董事。
