本报拉萨10月10日电(记者申琳、袁泉)西藏自治区十一届人大常委会第三十三次会议10月8日决定，接受齐扎拉辞去西藏自治区主席职务的请求，任命严金海为西藏自治区副主席，决定其代理西藏自治区主席职务。
