彭博引述知情人士透露，香港健身连锁店Pure集团正寻求筹集资金约1亿美元(约7.8亿港元)，以帮助其在中国內地的扩张。
知情人士称，这家健身集团的私募股权所有者方源资本正与投银BDA Partners研究融资选项，包括贷款、可转债和股票发行都在考虑的选项之中。
BDA Partners未有回应报道，Prue 集团的私募基金股东FountainVest Partners 也未有回应。
Prue 集团于2002年成立，目前在香港以外，也在北京、上海以及新加坡经营。据公司网站，集团现有逾10万名用户，逾2000名雇员。
