北京商报讯（记者 刘洋 刘晓梦）9月29日，赣锋锂业发布公告称，因Millennial收到要约竞争对手的"更优报价"，且赣锋国际未在约定期限内选择上调要约价格，Millennial已单方终止与赣锋国际的要约收购合作协议，并向赣锋国际支付1000万美元的合作终止费，公司司经审慎考虑后决定不上调要约收购报价。
