上海严阵以待防御台风“灿都”，已转移安置2.8万人！
今年第14号台风“灿都”已于12日晚上由超强台风级减弱为强台风级，13日上午9点钟位于东海北部海面，距离浙江省舟山市东偏南方向约145公里，中心附近最大风力有14级（45米/秒）。
