证券时报e公司讯，申能股份(600642)9月8日晚间公告，通过上海联合产权交易所，以公开挂牌方式将所持有的上海上国投资产管理有限公司（简称“上国投资管”）5%的股权转让给上海国际集团，交易价10.52亿元。此次交易贡献净利润约7.9亿元。据悉，为配合上海国际集团产业战略整合，经上海市国资委同意，上海国际集团实施收购上国投资管其他股东的股权工作。
