证券时报网讯，第四届中小投资者服务论坛9月3日在线举行。中证中小投资者服务中心董事长郭文英表示，投服中心全资子公司中证资本市场法律服务中心积极开展证券期货市场纠纷化解和损失核定工作。截至目前共受理纠纷19137件，调解成功9560件，投资者获赔28.85亿元，累计接受19家法院32件虚假陈述案件损失核定委托。
