证券时报e公司讯，天眼查App显示，近日，曹操出行关联公司杭州优行科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增股东浙江吉利控股集团有限公司，同时注册资本由约3.66亿元增加至约4.33亿元。杭州优行科技有限公司成立于2015年5月，经营范围包括服务：汽车租赁、充电桩、网络预约出租汽车；道路普通货物运输等。目前该公司由吉利科技集团有限公司、浙江吉利控股集团有限公司等共同持股。
