上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）荣盛发展公告，公司控股子公司荣盛创投拟自2021年2月4日起6个月内，增持公司股份金额不低于10,000万元。截至2021年8月3日，荣盛创投已通过集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份45,346,721股，累计增持金额27,670.76万元，该次增持计划已实施完成。荣盛创投计划自2021年8月4日起六个月内，以不低于1亿元继续增持公司股份。
