苏伯厚，明建安(今福建建瓯)人，精书法与诗画，永乐初，为翰林侍郎，曾参与编纂《太祖实录》和《永乐大典》。为人诚实，学问严谨，著有《履素斋集》。
苏伯厚书法题南宋佚名田畯醉归图，故宫博物院藏。
永乐庚寅夏六月，建安苏伯厚题于翰林官舍。
