台风“烟花”逼近申城，市容环卫部门严阵以待，在普陀区兰溪路，环卫工人对道路排水口附近枯枝落叶、垃圾杂物等进行清理。
目前，全市338支道路保洁应急抢修队伍、118支户外广告和户外招牌应急抢修队伍已就位。
