从检26年的罗秀芳，19年在控申检察岗位，是大理州检察系统在岗控申工作最长的人，共办理刑事申诉案件50余件，全部案结事了。自开展国家司法救助工作以来，罗秀芳共办理司法救助案件116件，让120名生活确有困难的刑事被害人获得救助。接待群众来信来访1400余件，全部经她手办结。
