挖贝网7月20日，阿石创（300706）近日发布公告，公司股东陈钦忠以大宗交易方式减持公司股份234.90万股，本次减持价格区间为16.38-17元/股，套现约3993.3万元。
公告显示，减持前陈钦忠合计持有公司股份5,346万股，本次减持后持有股份5,111.1万股，占总股本比例36.22%。
公司2021年第一季度报告显示，2021年第一季度公司归属于上市公司股东的净利润为1,162,606.08元，较上年同期扭亏为盈。
挖贝网资料显示，阿石创主要从事各种PVD镀膜材料研发、生产和销售，主导产品为溅射靶材和蒸镀材料两个系列产品，主要用于制备各种薄膜材料。
