仲夏时节，水草肥美。从藏北草原到藏南河谷，成群结队的牦牛，惬意地徜徉在蓝天白云下，青山绿水间。西藏始终高度重视牦牛产业发展，在规划制定、基础设施建设、良种推广等方面加大资金投入，去年全区牦牛存栏522万头，牦牛肉产量22.78万吨，全区优质奶牛存栏21.87万头，奶产量49.17万吨。
