证券时报e公司讯，深科技(000021)消息，合肥沛顿存储科技有限公司一期项目圆满封顶。按照建设规划，合肥沛顿存储项目将于今年9月底完成全部建设任务，10月初进驻生产设备，力争于今年年底实现投产并形成有效产能。项目达产后，预计可实现年封测DRAM颗粒5.76亿颗，年封装NAND FLASH 3840万颗，年产内存模组3000万条的生产能力，预计可实现年营收28亿元左右。
