近日，福田区城市更新和土地整备局公示园岭街道一致药业城市更新单元计划调整（草案）。
该项目位于福田区园岭街道 ，拟拆除范围用地面积19638.7平方米，拟更新方向为商业、新型产业等功能。
拟拆除重建用地范围内应落实不少于3982平方米的公园绿地(落实建筑面积不少于3400平方米的110KV变电站一处）。
