2021年6月8日，据gamesindustry.biz报道，专注于中小型游戏工作室的Phoenix Games已收购了开发商Midoki的少数股权以及其旗下游戏《Knighthood》的版权，并以改善用户获取、广告变现和实施运营的服务来支持Midoki。
Midoki工作室创建于2011年，位于英国利明顿温泉镇，旗下RPG游戏《Knighthood》由King代理并于2020年上架苹果及谷歌商店，在2021年的Pocket Gamer Awards中获得了最佳角色扮演游戏奖。
Phoenix Games是一家专注于援助中小型工作室移动游戏开发的公司，此前已在2019年5月收购了Well Played Games，2020年1月收购了Promotion Software，2020年3月收购了Studio Firefly，2021年2月收购了SmileyGamer。
