提高耕地质量，改善耕作生态，增加耕种效益。截至6月初，延边州完成保护性耕作免耕播种面积83.36万亩，超额完成计划任务2.36万亩。
2021年，延边州全面落实81万亩的全省保护性耕作任务，每亩补贴40元，共计争取补贴资金3240万元，对推动全州耕地质量保护、农业绿色发展、保障粮食生产安全具有重要作用。
