证券时报网讯，5月31日，越秀地产在港交所公告称，将收购广州越璟房地产开发有限公司90%股权，股权转让代价约为人民币5100万元；此外，于完成起计60个营业日内，买方亦应向项目公司提供约人民币25.7亿元的还款金额，用于偿还卖方贷款。
