中宣部近日决定，追授著名核动力专家、中国核潜艇首任总设计师彭士禄院士“时代楷模”称号。
从中国第一代核潜艇，到大亚湾核电站，再到秦山二期核电站，彭士禄为之倾注了大量心血，被誉为中国核动力事业的“拓荒牛”。
今年3月22日，彭士禄院士因病逝世，他曾说“活着能热爱祖国，忠于祖国，为祖国的富强而献身，足矣！”
