证券时报网讯，据上海发布17日消息，上海市人社局局长赵永峰表示，今年，按照国家政策部署，社保“免、减、缓”政策已到期停止执行。为尽可能减轻企业负担，经过认真测算和总体研判，决定继续实施阶段性降低失业保险和工伤保险费率政策。
