每经AI快讯，据路透社，台积电周四表示，计划在未来三年投资1,000亿美元，以增加其工厂的产能。此前，台积电已经表示今年计划花费250亿~280亿美元开发和生产先进芯片。“我们正进入一个更高成长期，因为未来几年5G和高性能计算的多年大趋势预计将推动对我们半导体技术的强劲需求。”台积电在一份声明中说道。
