根据国务院关于2020年中央和地方预算执行情况与2021年中央和地方预算草案的报告及2021年中央和地方预算草案，居民医保人均财政补助标准增加30元，达到每人每年580元，同步提高个人缴费标准40元，达到每人每年320元。基本公共卫生服务经费人均财政补助标准提高5元，达到每人每年79元。
