农历春节后，深桑达A超70亿元重组事项于2月26日正式上会。深桑达A拟以发行股份的方式购买中国电子系统技术有限公司96.7186%的股权，作价74.29亿元。由于此次并购标的体量较大，深桑达A自重组以来就颇受市场关注，该起重组也被市场称为“蛇吞象”。由于涉及到关联交易及何时出重组结果等问题，今天记者以投资者身份致电深桑达A，公司表示，时间应该不会太久。之前重组也涉关联交易，所有项目都有风险。
