每经AI快讯，为应对疫情影响，近日，浙江明确将房产税、城镇土地使用税减免政策执行期延续至2021年6月30日，其中对住宿餐饮、文体娱乐、交通运输、旅游四大行业企业和符合条件的小微企业的自用房产、土地免征房产税、城镇土地使用税，2021年第一季度按100%减免，第二季度按50%减免。（浙江发布）
