1月21日，江苏苏州天域大厦。一女子因电梯楼层被按掉，与一位美团外卖员产生矛盾，另一方怒骂。女子说，自己本来乘坐电梯到负一楼，来到1楼时一位外卖员进来了，将负一楼按掉，紧接着按了十七楼。
