近日，多名燕郊网友爆料，在网购时店铺迟迟不能发货，但在将收货地址由“河北廊坊市”改成“北京东燕郊”之后，客服人员却回复可以发货。
记者采访了其中一名爆料网友，她表示在填写地址的时候并没有“北京燕郊东”这一选项，她是在选择为“北京其他区”之后，在详细地址一项中填写了自己在燕郊的收货地址。
许多网友也表示：亲测有效
