小米集团在港交所发布澄清公告，小米集团注意到，美国国防部于1月14日（美国时间）发布新闻，表示根据《1999财政年度国防授权法案》第1237条，将本公司列入相关清单。本公司确认其并非中国军方拥有、控制或关联方，亦非美国NDAA法律下定义的中国军方公司。本公司正在审阅该事件的潜在后果，以便更全面理解其对本集团的影响。
