证券时报网讯，据浙江日报13日报道，2021年，浙江省将实施城市更新行动，在推进新型城镇化战略上取得新突破。城镇老旧小区改造就是其重点之一，全年改造城镇老旧小区将不少于800个。2020年，浙江的城镇老旧小区改造稳步推进，共开工改造老旧小区622个，惠及居民29万户，新增住宅加装电梯1751台，主要做法被住建部推广。
