（速新闻记者 顾园园）今晨7时50分，宿迁市气象台发布寒潮警报，强冷空气将于今夜起自北向南先后影响宿迁，届时将出现雨雪、大风和强降温，预计未来48小时内宿迁气温将下降10到12℃，30日早晨最低气温可达-9℃左右，有冰冻。今天白天多云转阴，早晨部分地区有雾，夜里阴有小雨转小雨夹雪或小到中雪，偏东风2到3级转东北风5级阵风7到8级，今天最高气温13℃，明晨最低气温1℃。
